Gail Kingsbury, Co-Founder/CEO
Gail Kingsbury, has over 30 years’ experience within the personal and professional development industry. She is known internationally for the event production and brand building capabilities. Author, Speaker, brand builder she has created platforms around the world to transform peoples’ lives. With the launch of United Tiny Homes she brings her love of people and making the world a better place to life by building affordable and attainable homes. Her networks are vast and adding the detail capabilities of a 50,000 person event has been an easy transition to the details. She is no stranger to hard work. Her compassion and business sense have given UTH a great culture and solid foundation.
Austin Bennett, Co-Founder/President – Chief Builder
Austin Bennett has been determined and driven from a very young age. A drive to be bigger and better than the day before. With a very distinct eye for building and problem solving no matter the task in front of him. Growing up with a construction background and welding he went on to play professional soccer in Spain. His years as a professional athlete continued to instill great leadership qualities as well as an eye for detail and he has taken on the role leading our builders to constantly strive to improve and work amazingly as not only a team but family.
Chad Warren, Co-Founder/Business development
Chad Warren, Co-Founder of United Tiny Homes, has 25 years experience as a Commercial Broker and Real Estate Developer. Chad is a Social Impact investor, dealmaker, Transformational business leader, speaker, award winning Executive Producer, serial entrepreneur, and an intuitive, heart-centered visionary. He is the co-founder of ZenMoose Capital, LLC, a “Social Impact Fund” that creates and invests in purposeful media, technology, and real estate solutions. The ZenMoose portfolio of companies includes CopperMoose Ventures, Telly Award winning charity-makeover reality TV show “Operation: Impact”; and SmartMoose NFT Marketplace. Chad is passionate about using mindfulness principles to accelerate business success. He has his degree in Quantum Physics and was the youngest teacher of Transcendental Meditation in the world at the age of 14.
